Cultured Vegetables

A little while back I did an article on Fermented Vegetables. That recipe was made using the whey and salt method. Funny thing was I didn’t like it! So I went back to making the cultured vegies using the BED culture. These vegetables are much sweeter and not salty at all as there is no salt in them.
